This module must be completed for every quarter and for each course that you want to use your approved accommodations.

When you complete the Quarterly Letters of Accommodations Module and click "Submit", your faculty will receive an email informing them that your Letter of Approved Accommodations. Request to access accommodations cannot be made retroactively. If you would like to request an update to your approved accommodations, please call 951-827-3861 or complete an online appointment request form here and request an appointment with a Disability Specialist.
Please note that accessing accommodations is a student driven process. It is your responsibility to:
- Follow established processes to access approved accommodations.
- Follow the established procedure in requesting to use approved accommodations. For example, in order to request to take an exam with approved accommodation, you must complete this module and then the ‘Schedule a Test or Exam’ module in R’Ability.
- Notify SDRC if there is a problem in accessing approved accommodations.
- Meet with a Disability Specialist if you would like to discuss any changes to your approved accommodations. Disability related accommodations are approved by SDRC.
- Notify your faculty of your right to access approved accommodations for their course by completing the ‘Quarterly Letter of Approved Accommodations Request’ module and selecting a Letter of Accommodation for their course.
